Young Artist 14yrs-21yrs Competition

Create some “Dreams and Aspirations” in this Art Competition, sponsored by IVE , a not-for-profit training company.

The Young Artists Auction is an annual competition, where, each year, young artists aged 14-21 are given a theme and asked to produce an original work of art to reflect that theme.

A panel of judges will select the winning entries, which will be sold at a special auction event on the 27th of June at Aspire Leeds.

Winning artists will keep 60% of whatever the work sells for at auction with the remaining money used to fund IVE’s charitable work.

IVE TEACH creativity through training and consultancy, they NURTURE creative talent to inspire young people to achieve and they ADVOCATE for arts and culture to demonstrate the value of creative learning.

IVE’s training and consultancy services help fund their charitable programmes that support diverse and talented young people to enter employment and develop their own creative leadership potential.

Strong curriculum links are tied into all of the arts packages available from the Music & Arts Service.  The creative curriculum comes to life and school staff feel competent in developing new ways to enthuse the children in their care.  The packages available have a real impact on sustaining arts development within the schools and pupil development, not only in the arts but cutting across many curriculum areas. Packages can also be individually tailored for your particular school’s needs.
