We run classes in Indian Classical (Hindustani) music for all ages and abilities.

Vocals shabads/Bajan/Sufi, 4-5pm (children)

Sarod for beginners 4-5pm, intermediate 5.30-7pm

Tabla for everyone 4-5.30pm

Sitar intermediate 4.30-5.30pm, beginners 5.30-6.30pm

Bowed Instruments (Dilruba, Sarangi, violin) beginners 5-6pm

Santoor intermediate 4-5.30pm, beginners 5.30-6.30pm

We recommend children are at least 5 years old when beginning these instruments. Feel free to come along for a taster session to see if you like it.

Incentives

One hour classes = £75 per term 90 min classes = £95 per term.

Materials required

Head must be covered when in the Gurdwara (hat, scarf or bandana). No meat or egg products allowed in the building out of respect.
