Assessment Overview 

Bradford Music & Arts Service provide Whole Class Ensemble (Instrumental) Teaching to primary schools across the district in multiple disciplines.  Below are the annual overviews of the work covered in each of the disciplines, including example material and assessment criteria.  These are available for schools to download using the links below and support their internal coverage of the National Curriculum for  Music.

Please be aware that a Whole Class Instrumental Scheme is not designed to cover all aspects of the National Curriculum, although they naturally will provide some coverage.  Schools should ensure that they apply progression and cover all aspects of the National Curriculum.
