Friends of Bradford Music & Arts Service
Who we are
The Friends is a charity – set up to support the work of the Bradford Music & Arts Service.
Our aim is to extend and enhance the opportunities for young people in Bradford to get involved in music and the arts.
What we do
The money we raise will:
- help remove financial barriers for young people participating in the activities of the Bradford Music & Arts Service; and
- open up new opportunities for people to get involved with creative and performing arts.
For example, this year we have funded instrumental tuition for students not otherwise able to access this, and have sponsored financially disadvantaged members of the Bradford Youth Orchestra to join their summer tour to Belgium.
We need your help!
Volunteers are welcome! Our friendly volunteer group meets every few months to plan how we can raise funds at events like this one – bring your ideas, or offer your time to help at an event!
